Queens are shipped USPS Express, USPS Priority, or UPS next-day air.
We guarantee live delivery.
You have 4 hours to notify us with pictures of dead queens after you pick up your package from the post office or after your queens are delivered via UPS. No exceptions!
Queens shipped in battery boxes are NOT to be stored in the battery boxes until you are ready to use them.

Queens must be tended to as soon as they arrive.
Any queens not used on the day of arriving should be banked in a queenless bank.
Any issues during shipment must be addressed the day of receiving your queens.
Because of too many variables outside of our control we do not guarantee acceptance.
Queens should be installed in queenless colonies and for best acceptance, the colony should not be disturbed during the introduction period of 7 days.
All queens are mated and laying well before they are caged and shipped.
